The short version

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no ads. The Kelvora app keeps your settings, your trades and your Polymarket key on your computer. If you create a sync account, we store your email address and a scrambled copy of your settings that we cannot read. If you send a message through the Support button, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply.

This website

kelvora.dev is served by Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic details about your request in order to deliver the pages, and it may keep logs under its own policies. We load no outside scripts, fonts or trackers. Each page also asks our own server, sync.kelvora.dev, for the current plans and prices. Like any server, it sees your IP address in that request; it does not keep it beyond briefly limiting how often one address can ask.

The app on your computer

Kelvora saves its settings, history, your saved trades and, if you choose to remember it, your Polymarket US key on your computer. The key is locked with Windows. None of this is sent to us.

The app talks directly to other services: Polymarket (public market data, and your account through your own key), The Odds API if you add a key, Discord if you add a webhook, and Kelvora’s sync server if you sign in. We do not receive what the app exchanges with Polymarket, The Odds API or Discord.

Sync accounts

If you create a sync account, we store:

• your email address, in lowercase;
• a salted hash of a login secret made on your computer (we never receive your password);
• an encrypted copy of your settings, which can include your Polymarket US key if you chose to sync it. We cannot read it, because the lock is made on your computer and never sent to us;
• the time it was last saved;
• once subscriptions start: your plan, whether it is active, when it renews and the reference Stripe gives your payment account.

We do not store your password, your trades or your balance. Our server logs record the time and the type of request, not what was sent. To slow down password guessing, the server briefly keeps IP addresses in memory. The sync server runs on a Linode (Akamai) server in the United States, and Cloudflare handles our domain name.

Support messages

If you send a message with the Support button, we receive your email address, your name if you gave one, and your message. We keep them so that we can reply and so that no message is lost. Our support team is told about each message through Discord, a service we do not control, so the message passes through Discord too. We use what you send only to answer you. Please do not send your Polymarket key, secret key or any password. Send us a message with the Support button and we will delete your messages.

This website links to our community server on Discord. If you follow that link, you leave kelvora.dev and Discord’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Downloading the app

The download is a normal file served by Cloudflare. We do not ask for your details to download it, and we do not track who does.

Payments

Once Kelvora leaves early access, subscriptions are paid through Stripe’s Managed Payments service, on Stripe’s own pages. Stripe, through its service Link, is the seller of record: it collects your card details, your billing address and, if you create a Link account, your contact details, and it sends your receipts. We never see or keep your card number. Stripe tells us your email address, which plan you chose and whether the subscription is active, and we keep that for as long as you have an account. Stripe’s and Link’s own privacy policies apply to what they collect. If you ask Stripe to delete your payment information, it cancels the subscription. Until subscriptions start, Kelvora is free.

Your choices

• “Reset sync” in the app deletes the saved copy from our server.
• “Sign out” removes your sign-in from that computer.
• Send us a message with the Support button and we will delete your sync account. If you have a subscription, cancel it first in the app (Settings, Your subscription, Manage billing), or tell us and we will help; deleting an account does not stop the payments.

Children

Kelvora is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top.
